Anger is a manageable, secondary emotion that stems from a primary emotion; often associated with sadness, embarrassment, guilt, or feeling afraid. Sometimes anger can turn to violence. This violence is often not just physically executed outwards onto our loved ones and ourselves, but can be directed in an emotional/psychological manner; sometimes creating long-lasting emotional effects which can harm the growth of personalities and development.
I found a few videos regarding violence and anger, and perhaps you may find it useful in managing your life or helping someone on the road to managing theirs.
